Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! My standard payment structure is a booking deposit plus 2 installments, however I never want finances to be THE barrier to us being able to work together to achieve your goals, so I'm happy to work out a payment plan that feels reasonable and accessible.

Will I have complete ownership over my website after our collaboration?

I have never believed in holding your website hostage. As long as the project balance is paid in full, you will receive full ownership of your new website, along with a training library to help you maintain it yourself.

However! If you want me in your back pocket to keep your website up to date while you focus on running your business, we can absolutely discuss a maintenance retainer package.

Will I have complete ownership over my website after our collaboration?

What if I don't like the final product?

The actual visual design work does not begin right away. In fact, I won't even sketch any ideas until we've developed a strong foundational brand strategy rooted in research and a deep dive into your business and goals. We will also have clearly defined key checkpoints within the project process to avoid this exact scenario. Clear communication from all sides is key.

That said, if we do reach a reveal milestone and you feel that there is a significant disconnect between the strategy we developed together and the final product, then we will set up a realignment call to ensure we get back to the same page and go from there.

What if I don't like the final product?

How long does this process take?

As of January 2026, I only take on one custom collaboration client at a time to ensure that I'm able to devote my full creative focus to your project and deliver the highest quality results that I can. This will likely change once my little one is in preschool. But until then, standard turnaround time right now for a full Branding project is 4-6 weeks, while a fully custom-designed website is 5-8 weeks.

The total timeline may vary depending on project scope, response times, how quickly you get me the things I need for our project, and refinements.
