You know that phrase, “don’t judge a book by its cover”? And how it’s a metaphor for not judging a person based on their looks. I definitely agree with the message and intent of not judging people. However, I do absolutely judge actual books by their covers.

Every new mom has been there. You have a baby and now the most important role in your life is “mom.” It will continue to be the most important role for the rest of your life. But then that role starts to overshadow everything else. Everything that made you you.

Have you ever found a business or product or anything that you were really excited about? So excited that you immediately went to find the website so you could: get more information, purchase something, sign up for something – anything that you would use a website for?

My very first design job was in college for a state government agency. I had taken exactly one class on Adobe Illustrator and one on basic graphic design principles with InDesign.
